Jen - Curriculum Lead Kia ora, I have been part of the wonderful Khandallah Community Crèche teaching team since May 2021. I believe every child is extraordinary and on a unique learning journey. It is my role as a Kaiako to recognise this uniqueness as I actively respond to children’s strengths, interests, abilities, and needs, through intentional pedagogy, partnership with families and whānau, and effective assessment practices.
As Curriculum Lead at Crèche, my role also involves leading and supporting the teaching team, building strong relationships with whānau, and implementing, evaluating and improving our Crèche curriculum. I live in Grenada Village with my husband and two daughters. I love keeping active and spending time with family and friends.
